Terms & Conditions: Dealers purchasing Modern Mill will receive a rebate from MM in the following amounts subject to all terms, conditions and rules in this rebate form:
ACRE Siding, Sheets, Trim Boards, Decking and/or Porch

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO THIS PROMOTION:
— Products must be purchased between April 21, 2023, and December 31, 2023.
— Collect your invoices and visit modern-mill.com/rebates with invoices ready to upload.
— All invoices must clearly indicate qualifying builder name, name and SKUs of qualifying product purchased, date of purchase, quantity purchased, and total price paid for each qualifying product. Qualifying Products include ACRE Siding, Sheets, Trim Boards, Decking, and Porch.
— Quotes, estimates, delivery tickets, sales tickets, screenshots or order acknowledgments will not be accepted.
— *Maximum rebate is $1000.
The Modern Mill Rebate for First-Time Professional (Builders/Contractors) Users and Retail Salesperson Incentive is only available to professional building and remodeling companies that have not previously purchased Qualifying Products prior to April 21, 2023. Qualifying Building Professionals and Retail Salespeople must be permitted to participate by their employers. INDIVIDUALS or HOMEOWNERS are not eligible.
Retail Salesperson Incentive: All eligible retail salespeople are eligible for the incentive unless prohibited by their employer. Retail salespeople can receive a rebate equivalent to 1% of the purchase price up to $200. There is no limit on the number of Qualifying Building Professionals for which a salesperson can submit (as long conditions are met). When the amount paid to any individual retail salesperson reaches $600 in a calendar year, a W-9 from the individual retail salesperson is required.
Participation and Payment Details: Qualifying Building Professionals must buy Qualifying Products for the first time between April 21, 2023, and December 31, 2023. Qualifying Building Professional or Qualifying Retail Salesperson must submit the completed registration form along with invoice(s) showing Qualifying Products purchased. Retail salesperson registration must be completed at the time of submission of Qualifying Building Professional registration to receive the retail salesperson incentive.
The Qualifying Building Professional and/or Qualifying Retail Salesperson should continue to submit additional invoices of Qualifying Products purchased through December 31, 2023, up to the maximum dollar limit allowed on each rebate.
All registration forms and/or subsequent invoice submittals must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date listed on the invoice and received within 45 days of purchased date listed on the invoice to be eligible for rebate/incentive. Purchase must be made by Qualifying Building Professional to be eligible for rebate payment. Modern Mill has the right to request additional proof of purchase if necessary.
PAYMENTS TO THE QUALIFYING BUILDING COMPANY AND/OR RETAIL SALESPERSON WILL BE ISSUED WITHIN APPROXIMATELY 60 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF COMPLETED REGISTRATION FORM AND VALID INVOICES.
Additional Rules and Regulations: Modern Mill may modify the terms or cancel this rebate at any time and at its sole discretion. Eligibility for the rebate and/or incentive may be independently verified at Modern Mill’s sole discretion. Rebate and/or incentive cannot be combined with any other promotion. The maximum rebate is $1000 per Qualified Building Professional and $200 per Qualified Retail Salesperson on a per-order basis.
Modern Mill is not responsible for failure of retail salesperson to properly submit rebate materials.
