Terms & Conditions: Customers purchasing Modern Mill will receive a rebate from MM in the following amounts subject to all terms, conditions and rules in this rebate form:

WHAT DESCRIBES YOU BEST?

QUALIFYING PRODUCTS

ACRE Siding, Sheets, Trim Boards, Decking and/or Porch

5% CUSTOMER REBATE

— Receive 5% back on purchases of ACRE Siding, sheets, trim boards, decking, or porch through December 31, 2024.
— Receipts must be submitted by 3/31/25.
— Available ONLY to property owners or to building professionals purchasing either for themselves or on behalf of a property owner. Wholesale purchasers or distributors cannot participate.
— *Maximum rebate is $1,000 per project (single residence or building).

SALESPERSON INCENTIVE PAYMENTS

— Qualified Salespeople may receive up to 1% of the purchase paid by customers that qualify for the 5% Customer Rebate (i.e. owners and builders only – no wholesale or distributors) through December 31, 2024.
— Receipts must be submitted by 3/31/25.
— Salespeople cannot participate if prohibited by an employer – need to submit documentation that receipt of any incentive payment is approved.
— *Maximum rebate is $200 per project (single residence or building).

THE FOLLOWING TERMS APPLY TO BOTH THE 5% CUSTOMER REBATE AND THE SALESPERSON INCENTIVE PAYMENT:

— No geographical restrictions.
— In order to participate, go to modern-mill.com/rebate, click on the appropriate rebate, fill out the required information, and upload the applicable invoice/receipt that clearly shows the name of the person claiming the rebate and the ultimate customer, name and SKU of the purchased qualifying product, date of purchase, quantity, and total price. Quotes, estimates, delivery tickets, sales tickets, screenshots, order acknowledgements or other similar documents will not be accepted.
— Other Rules and Regulations: Rebate payments will be issued within 60 days following a valid submittal with all required documentation. Submittals that are incomplete, missing required information or that are not confirmable in Modern Mill’s internal systems will not be deemed accepted and will not trigger the forgoing payment time period. MODERN MILL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR MODIFY THE TERMS OF ANY REBATE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE AND IN MODERN MILL’S SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION.
