REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Cancellations/Return

Customer may cancel or change an order up to 24 hours after Customer receives confirmation that such order has been accepted. Customer may not return products without first obtaining Company’s prior written consent. Company shall not accept return of products more than three (3) months after delivery of products to Customer. Company shall not accept return of damaged or partial packages of products. Company does not accept returns from samples. Company-approved returns are subject to a restocking charge equal to 40 percent of the order amount, plus any required repackaging of products. Customer shall pay shipping charges for all returns. Company-approved returns will provide Customer with Company product credit, valid for one year, no cash refunds. Custom orders are not returnable or refundable.
